Before You Travel
Travel Insurance
We don't sell travel insurance, but we strongly recommend every traveler arranges their own policy before departure.
While our guides are licensed and our agency carries mandatory civil liability insurance under Moroccan law (see our About Us page), that insurance covers our obligations as your travel agent — it does not replace your own personal travel insurance.
Comprehensive travel insurance protects you against the unexpected: medical emergencies, trip cancellations, delayed flights, and lost luggage. We recommend purchasing a policy as soon as you book your trip.
What a good policy should cover
Emergency medical care
Treatment, hospitalization, and medical evacuation if you're injured or fall ill during your trip.
Trip cancellation & interruption
Reimbursement if you need to cancel or cut your trip short for a covered reason.
Adventure activities
Some policies exclude activities like trekking, camel riding, or 4x4 desert driving by default — check yours covers what you've booked.
Baggage & belongings
Cover for lost, delayed, or stolen luggage and personal items.
Tip: when comparing policies, check that your chosen activities (trekking, camel trekking, 4x4 excursions) aren't listed as exclusions — some standard policies treat these as "adventure sports" requiring an add-on.
