Cancellation Policy

1. Standard Cancellation

You may cancel any booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the experience. The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

The 24-hour cut-off is calculated relative to the local Moroccan time (GMT+1) of the departure or meeting point.

2. Late Cancellation & No-Show

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the experience start time, or failure to appear at the designated meeting point without prior notice, will result in a charge equal to 100% of the booking total. No refund will be issued.

If you are running late, please contact us immediately at +212 635 133 587. We will do our best to accommodate you, but cannot guarantee the tour will wait.

3. Agency-Initiated Cancellation

In the unlikely event that we must cancel your booking (e.g. minimum group size not reached, guide unavailability, safety concerns), you will receive:

• A full refund to your original payment method, or
• A credit note of equal value valid for 12 months, at your choice.

We will notify you at least 24 hours in advance wherever possible.

4. Force Majeure (Art. 20, Loi 11.16)

In cases of force majeure — including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, civil unrest, government-mandated closures, or declared health emergencies — the normal cancellation policy is suspended. You will receive either a full refund or a 12-month credit note, as per Art. 20 of Loi n° 11.16.

5. How to Cancel

To cancel a booking, you can:

• Log in to your account and cancel from the My Bookings page;
• Email us at contact@moroccotoursandactivities.com with your booking reference;
• Call us at +212 635 133 587.

Cancellation requests are processed within 24 hours on business days (Mon–Sat).

6. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. The exact timing depends on your bank or card provider and is outside our control once we have processed the refund.
