Morocco has one of the strictest regulatory frameworks for tour operators in Africa. Loi n° 11.16 and its implementing decree require every travel agency to obtain an official government license — and we are fully compliant.
What our license guarantees you
200,000 MAD financial guarantee
A cash deposit with the Caisse de Dépôt et de Gestion protects your payments if anything goes wrong.

Mandatory civil liability insurance
We are fully insured for any incident that may occur during your tour — you are never left exposed.

Every booking comes with a written contract specifying prices, services, cancellation terms and your rights.

Officially accredited guides only
By law, only government-licensed tour guides may escort tourists in Morocco. We never cut corners.

Beware of unlicensed operators
Many online platforms (OTAs) resell tours offered by individuals who hold no government license. Under Moroccan law, this is a criminal offence — yet it is widespread.
- No financial guarantee — if they disappear, your money is gone
- No insurance — you have no coverage in case of an accident
- No contract — no legal recourse if the service is not delivered
- Unaccredited guides — safety and quality are not guaranteed
Operating without a license is punishable by a fine of 5,000–50,000 MAD and/or imprisonment of 2–6 months under Loi 11.16, Art. 31.

Our agency license is issued and renewed annually under Loi n° 11.16 and Décret n° 2.21.80.
